If I could give 10 stars, I would. Power out for 36 hours. Battery backup on sump pump died, basement flooded with 2 ft. of water. Called other companies who said they couldn't even come out to look for 2 weeks! This company was here within 24 hours and they are working around the clock. Everyone, from the people who answered the phones to Ashley and then the crew that came to clean and cut paneling—James, Berto, and DaQuion—were superb. Don't call any other company. This one is by far the best! Thank you, all of you!

I had ServiceMaster of Lima handle mitigation after my basement flooded. Overall, they were professional, easy to work with, and paid good attention to detail. Brent and Rick completed the mitigation work and did a thorough job. Stephany, the project manager, communicated clearly and helped keep everything on track. I also appreciated their flexibility with scheduling, which made the process a bit easier to manage. While dealing with a flood is never ideal, the team made the cleanup process straightforward. I would recommend them for mitigation services.

Julie, Julie, and Chloe from ServiceMaster by McCann out of Lima, Ohio worked on my mom's home for 2 days cleaning floors, rugs, walls, woodwork, cabinets, furniture, and more. There was no air conditioning and it was the middle of August. I stopped by several times and these ladies never complained about the heat. I feel they not only did a superior job cleaning, but took time to listen about the history of the house. They are quality employees that represent the company well. I hope ServiceMaster knows what great employees these ladies are.

Our offices had not had the carpet cleaned in years, if ever. Ashley Phillips and DaQuion arrived with the tools and expertise to clean the carpets and a few upholstered chairs to get us looking professional again! Our HVAC is being worked on at the same time, so they didn't have a nice cool office to work in either, and they still performed at the highest level imaginable!
