Julie, Julie, and Chloe from ServiceMaster by McCann out of Lima, Ohio worked on my mom's home for 2 days cleaning floors, rugs, walls, woodwork, cabinets, furniture, and more. There was no air conditioning and it was the middle of August. I stopped by several times and these ladies never complained about the heat. I feel they not only did a superior job cleaning, but took time to listen about the history of the house. They are quality employees that represent the company well. I hope ServiceMaster knows what great employees these ladies are.

Our offices had not had the carpet cleaned in years, if ever. Ashley Phillips and DaQuion arrived with the tools and expertise to clean the carpets and a few upholstered chairs to get us looking professional again! Our HVAC is being worked on at the same time, so they didn't have a nice cool office to work in either, and they still performed at the highest level imaginable! I had a water leak in the middle of the night, and ServiceMaster showed up early the same morning to come assess the damage. Brandon and Stephany were very friendly and let me know what they were doing at all times and what they were seeing damage-wise. James came a few hours later to set up drying mats to start drying out the areas. He was very friendly. James and Lavaris Jr. were there the next day to start taking apart flooring and drywall that was damaged and needed removed. They did a great job and kept me informed on what they were doing and why the entire time. I am very confident having ServiceMaster come was the best decision and having them restore the rooms from the damage will go great, and I will continue to be happy with all their work. I highly recommend!

Service Master did an excellent job! A plumber discovered we had multiple corroded copper pipes leaking under our older house. Once they were fixed, we hired Service Master to go in the crawl space, clean, and put lime down under the house. There were two times that James alerted us that they thought there could possibly be more leaks under there and recommended I get the plumber back out before they continue and waste time and our money. I really appreciated that! Even if he was wrong, which he wasn't, I would much rather be safe than sorry and have it checked out. I'm glad we did because he was right both times! They were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and even put up with my dog extorting them for more belly rubs, lol! Thank you, James, Brogan, Tony, Makayla, and Connor!
