They Went Above and Beyond
I live on the West Coast. My son had a mental breakdown and left Maine without notice. His apartment was a pigsty and I had no idea how to get it cleaned out. There were personal items that we wanted saved and stored and everything else had to go and the apartment cleaned. When we met in my home to discern the extent of the damage, he was especially patient and kind even when I was distraught and crying about my loss of property. He always answered my calls himself, and I never felt like I was bothering him. I can't say enough about Sonny's professionalism and kindness, or the quality of the work he oversaw. I was also impressed with the technology, allowing me to see 360° before and after photos of my entire home. Once again, Sonny was very patient as he explained this technology to me. The Biddeford Fire Department reached out to ServiceMaster in Saco, Maine for assistance with mitigation help at the fire station. In a short time of contacting ServiceMaster, a team was on site, a plan was made, and services were under way. Sonny Goers and his team coordinated all the cleaning and removal of debris, testing of materials for contamination, and worked in conjunction with the insurance company.
