Here's the deal. After you are safely out of your home post-emergency, your first call should be insurance, and the second call should be ServiceMaster. I specifically worked with Brandon V and his team. He kept me up to date, explained items to me, and also gave me real answers. I can attest that the last thing I want to do while being displaced, figuring out family, insurance, animals, and housing is to live in uncertainty about what's going on in my home. Brandon advocated, argued, collected evidence, and walked with insurance. I felt like I had someone I could trust to get the job done. 10/10. Hopefully I never have the need to utilize them again, but if I do, you bet Brandon is the person I am calling.

After several hurdles including lead and mold, we are finally ready to move forward with repairs. Brandon, the project manager at ServiceMaster was great. He did his job professionally and as fast as possible. Communication was there and as someone who suffers from anxiety, I always knew what was happening. The cleaning was precise and the whole crew was very nice! The only reason I took a star away was because of Gary. Gary over-promised me on some things that could not get final approval (I stopped hearing from him as well). I would rather be under-promised and over-delivered. Other than that, great job to the crew and especially Brandon!! :)

The Whole House Looks Excellent Now May 8, 2026

The whole process was a little confusing with so many people who seemed to be in charge. Very happy with the completed work, but it took so long at being completed. The work began with ServiceMaster beginning the drying out process that took about a week. Once Elite Restoration began their portion, the people in charge kept changing. Bill Kelley seemed to be in charge when the floor finishing and wall repairs and replacement and the 1/2 bath was finally put back together with paint and wallpaper. And finally the furniture was placed back in the proper rooms (including the toilet, which had been in the living room for the last two months). The whole house looks excellent now! Still waiting for the final reckoning and looking over the changes that were made.

They responded quickly and helpfully to mitigate water damage in our walls from an ice dam. From our first contact with Luis, they were very responsive, communicated well, and got a crew in quickly to help us. Jen did most of our demo and remediation work, and she did a great job. It was a messy demo/remediation job on multiple plaster walls, and Jen was meticulous about protecting the parts of our house that were undamaged. Jen was detail oriented, efficient, and did a great job overall. She even came up with a solution that allowed us to save irreplaceable antique wallpaper while still drying the wall properly. They were great, and I would call them again in a second.

I had water damage January 27th. Service Master came to evaluate the damage and sent Brandon, crew chief. Knowledgeable, efficient, and totally caring about my situation on February 11th. That evening they sent Roger and Danielle to set up all the equipment that would dehumidify the water. They were also knowledgeable, efficient, and totally amazing. On the 13th, Jenn Clark came to remove all the equipment and evaluate, making sure it was dry, then removed all the equipment in a timely manner. These are the workers I met on the front lines. Then I dealt with, by either phone or text messages, with Luis, Tim Conners, and Tom Kelly. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with the wonderful customer service I received from all the employees that were assigned to my water damage claim. ServiceMaster was hired by our insurance company to store our furniture while our home was being repaired. Luis and Camilo were amazing from start to finish. On day one, they took photos of every room and handled all our belongings with so much care. They managed to move everything out in just three days! I took a few days off work to make sure everything was packed carefully, but after seeing how professional and detail-oriented they were, I felt completely comfortable letting them finish on their own. They kept great communication throughout the process and even sent me a full photo report of everything that was packed and stored, which really gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend ServiceMaster. They’re professional, trustworthy, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but if I ever do, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them.

A few nights ago, we had water damage affecting two levels of our home, and ServiceMaster from the Merrimack location came to our rescue. The Project Manager and crew arrived within just a couple of hours and quickly extracted all the water from our basement. Since this was our first time dealing with something like this, the Project Manager took the time to clearly explain the entire process, which really helped ease our worries. Communication was excellent throughout, and the crew that came by each day to monitor the drying process was knowledgeable, professional, and kept us updated on the progress. My wife and I are so thankful we found this company; they restored our home beautifully, and it truly looks like nothing ever happened. Highly recommend!
