Wonderful to Work With
I had a large ice dam roof leak in my home that impacted several different areas. The team at ServiceMaster by Moline was wonderful to work with. They were out quickly with all the necessary equipment and staff to remove and dry all impacted materials. They were meticulous to preserve all undamaged things (original wood floors) and hung barriers throughout the home to block off the mess/decrease construction dust in unaffected areas. Everyone from the project manager, crew guys, to office staff was wonderful to work with, respectful, and put my mind at ease through a very stressful process. I would definitely recommend using this company!

These boys are AMAZING!! Marco and his team were WONDERFUL!! Marco truly went above and beyond for us!! Our apt was flooded due to pump failure. I do NOT trust people in my home when we are not there. October 6, 2023 I had the pleasure of meeting Dominique for my carpet cleaning request. This was my first time hiring Service Masters, and Dominique was a great representative of the company. He was prompt, friendly, enthusiastic, courteous, explanatory, and knowledgeable in answering my questions. He cleaned carpets on two separate levels that were never cleaned since installation in 2014 and 2017. The carpets looked good as new afterwards. Dominique also cleaned my dryer vent, which would have never been done if it weren’t for Service Masters. It was badly in need of cleaning and one of those things not thought about until there is a problem. Thank you, Dominique and Service Masters, for what you do!

Dom did an amazing job
I hired ServiceMaster to clean the ducts on a home I recently purchased, as well as to clean the carpets of my now former apartment, since they did an incredible job with mold mitigation prior to my family moving in.
Dom did an amazing job in both situations. He was on time, clear on what needed to be done, customer focused, and was quick while also being thorough. Wish I had hired ServiceMaster for my move-out cleaning as well, as the company I did hire didn't live up to my standards.
I'll definitely be using ServiceMaster again in the future as needed due to Dom's professionalism and ServiceMaster's reasonable prices.

I truly feel blessed to be working here
The world truly needs more people helping others. This place not only does that for the public, but we show for our own as well. I’m fairly new to the company, and while doing a house project I spotted mold. I immediately called Jordan, one of our project managers, who instantly directed me to Dane, since he had just picked up a rather large loss job. Dane not only took time to come over and bring an air scrubber and HEPA vac, he also explained to me my options to deal with the issue. After a few hours of work, and only being about 1/4 of the way done with taking out an entire lath and plaster ceiling in my 1890 build home, I called my supervisor, Joey Nieves, who came to the rescue and helped me take the rest of the ceiling out in under 3 hours. Not to mention all while Brandon Veith (Director of Operations) answered my calls on his day off for his anniversary and directed me to the right individuals. I can’t say enough about the Moline family, and how their infectious attitude radiates through the staff and company culture. I truly feel blessed to be working for such an amazing company, with so many amazing individuals. They are truly there for you when you need them most.
