In response to a protein fire, caused by our accidentally leaving a burner on our stove on, the ServiceMaster crew, headed by Brian and Chelsey, worked to remove the odors from our furnishings and to restore them to original condition. We had never experienced a pipe breaking in our home. Matt and Sam came out and took great care of us. They explained everything they did and put heaters, fans, and dehumidifiers to dry the flooring. They explained what they were doing and why. They stopped back several times to check on us. Also took away all the damaged materials, leaving no mess. We appreciated them very much.

They worked for several hours, explaining what was being done to mitigate the damage from the water. They returned a few times to check the progress and move machines around to ensure everything was dry. We were always contacted in advance to check on our availability. My hardwood floor was warped from the water, and by the time they finished, it was back to its original beautiful form. They made my house safe from mold growth and were respectful the whole time. Dylan was my service tech and anyone would be lucky to have him help with their home. 5 stars for sure!
