During the holidays, my upstairs laundry room flooded due to a faulty hose, leaving my downstairs living room in disarray. I contacted ServiceMaster because I had previously used them about six months earlier when the same room suffered ceiling damage from a roof issue.
Damir responded the same day and immediately began the remediation process by installing fans. Knowing this was a second incident, he went above and beyond to help me navigate next steps and made the process as manageable as possible. The following day, he returned with his team to tent the area and bring in dehumidifiers and additional fans.
Jesus, Alan, and Miguel were professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. They were consistently polite, communicated clearly when they were coming and going, and always cleaned up at the end of each day even when I told them it was fine to leave things until the next day.
The project took about three weeks and spanned the holidays, yet they turned what could have been an overwhelming situation into something manageable. I wholeheartedly recommend ServiceMaster for their professionalism, quality workmanship, and integrity. Damir is a stand up professional, and the entire team was truly a pleasure to work with.

Woke up to a puddle of water in front of my kitchen sink and, after doing some investigating, saw that the wall behind the cabinet was covered in mold. Gave these guys a call, and they showed up the same day. Turns out my sink drain had been leaking slowly for quite some time. The project manager, Damir (the owner, I think), walked me through the whole process and explained exactly what they needed to do and even helped with the insurance process, alleviating a lot of stress and anxiety I was having. They also provided a reasonable quote for the remodel after.
The process moved quickly and the workers that came out (shout out to Chris and Jesus) were very respectful and knowledgeable.

Had a guest bathroom sink valve leak, causing major flooding in our home. The team came out and spent several weeks doing all necessary remediation. All team members were professional, knowledgeable and exceptional to work with. I appreciated their attention to detail, teamwork and great communication throughout the project. Brian quickly stepped in to take the lead and got the project started. The packing team, led by Joyce, took great care in packing up our belongings. Camden led the crew and worked efficiently to complete the demo. We are very grateful to Damir and his team for taking such good care of us.
