WOW, I Can't Recommend Them Enough
We had to replace our roof and water had got through to our attic and was dripping from the ceilings. We reached out to the ServiceMaster team late afternoon Monday. Tommy got right back to us, had pricing over in a few minutes and a team at our door bright and early the next morning. They evaluated our issues, turned out not to be major, and were honest to a fault. I felt guilty for not paying them more for such quick service. They cleaned up after themselves and had a drive of urgency and commitment. WOW, I can't recommend them enough. It's a wonderful thing to find a company so responsive, honest and ready to take care of business. I would use their services again anytime and recommend them to my kids, neighbors, and YOU!

Having extensive water damage to the subfloor and flooring in multiple rooms, ServiceMaster DSI was contracted for the demolition and repairs. They did a fantastic job. I was informed about each step of the process and can say the resulting work is beyond professional. A special shout out to Rob and Brant. Rob handled the flooring and drywall and we could not be more pleased. Brant went out of his way to find the best vanity for the budget and it looks amazing. I would use this company again in a heartbeat for any repair needs.

They saved the original hardwood floor
ServiceMaster worked on my home after a large tree fell on it. Through a lot of testing, they determined which areas were wet by the heavy rains on the night of the storm. They brought in dehumidifiers and fans and used ingenuity to save the original hardwood floor, which is priceless. Pam and her crew were friendly and empathetic during a hard time, and I appreciate them greatly.

Had an unfortunate power outage while on vacation and came home to all the food in our fridge and freezers spoiled, which left an awful smell in our house and stained kitchen/garage floors. I called ServiceMaster on Monday afternoon, and the tech that I worked with squeezed me in first thing Tuesday morning to get me a quote, and they were cleaning my house by Thursday morning. They got rid of the smell in the house and restored our floors to how they looked before we left on vacation. The tech I worked with was very quick to respond to any and all questions I had and was very professional in all emails that he sent by addressing me as "Mr. Pierce."
