A very special shout out to Noah! I had an extremely unpleasant sewage blockage with considerable water/sewage damage! Noah came out and lent some calming waters to my ordeal! He was personable, professional, thorough, and overall, helped make a very unpleasant situation tolerable! I was particularly impressed with the time and energy he put into estimating the cost of my cleanup project. During the recent rains, our basement drain plugs failed and caused some flooding/standing water in our basement. ServiceMasters arrived quickly after my call, assessed the situation, told me what they would do to fix the situation, and gave me an estimate. The crew was professional, efficient, and communicative as they quickly removed the water, cleaned and sanitized the area, and then placed multiple fans and a humidifier in the basement to combat mold possibilities. They came back the next day and the next day to check on the drying process. ServiceMasters solved our water problem efficiently, professionally, and kept us fully informed the whole time. Wonderful experience! Our refrigerator water line was leaking under our floating floors, flooding our kitchen and living room. After reading great reviews, I called ServiceMaster and they came out quickly, and removed all water-damaged flooring and drywall.
