We are in the middle of the cleanup process after a house fire, and ServiceMaster was one of the first calls we made after the fire department left. They have been nothing short of exceptional. This is not a situation anyone ever wants to find themselves in, but from day one they have given us confidence that they know exactly what they're doing. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail have made an incredibly stressful experience much easier to navigate. Kyle and Alma, especially, have been outstanding. They have gone above and beyond, taking the time to answer questions, explain the process, and make sure nothing gets overlooked. Their expertise is obvious, but just as importantly, they are genuinely kind and easy to work with. We had a pipe break and ended up with 4–5" of water throughout our basement, approx. 5,000 gallons. ServiceMaster was there within an hour and they got right to work. They got the water out, as well as hauled out important items and what could be “saved,” and left me with blowers and dehumidifiers. The next morning they were back to box up belongings, haul up furniture, and determine which items were a loss and which ones weren’t. They came back a few days later (we had to leave town) and removed flooring and drywall, and of course checked progress and tested moisture levels over the next few days. Throughout the entire process, they were prompt, efficient, kind, respectful of my home/belongings/kids, and I felt like they treated my home and my things like they were their own. I really can’t say enough good things about Kyle, Tony, Alma, and their crew. Flooding aside, working with them was a great experience. I highly recommend them.

I flooded a laundry room sink and although I cleaned it up quickly, my baseboards started to separate from the wall. Dusty was so incredible and came out quickly to assess my water damage in the wall multiple times and let me know how to fully proceed, dry the wall interior, and avoid any mold. He was caring and meticulous, I would only ever go with ServiceMaster for any disaster.

The service that I received from ServiceMaster, and specifically from Kyle and Pedro and their crews, was nothing short of exceptional. I discovered my flood around 10:30 p.m. and Kyle and his crew were on site within 15 minutes of placing the call. They worked quickly and efficiently and started the drying out process immediately. Over the next two weeks, Pedro and his crew monitored the process, adjusting the fans and dehydrators as needed. The element I was most concerned with was my hardwood floors being salvaged. To my shock and awe, my floors were not a total loss and were able to be sanded and refinished, thanks in part to the expert water remediation provided by ServiceMaster. Kyle and Pedro were communicative on a daily basis with updates and I felt comfortable having them in my home. I hope that I don’t require their services again in the future, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ServiceMaster to anyone who does.

My water heater leaked and ruined my hardwood floor. Triple A was fast to respond and restore my floors. They came in and moved furniture and appliances so I didn’t have to worry about anything. They even came back and put my freezer back after the floor was laid. I recommend them highly.
