The entire team at ServiceMaster were amazing and a pleasure to work with. The speed of their response and the quality of their work were outstanding. Their mitigation team started work 24 hours after their initial onsite visit to provide us an estimate for the work envisioned. The team was exceptionally mindful of only removing the necessary portions of the wall needed for complete mitigation, as well as minimal fixture removal. They all fully acknowledged and were considerate that whatever was removed had to be restored/reinstalled at some point by someone else at an additional cost. Their mitigation work was thorough, effective, and highly efficient, and the final bill was exactly what they estimated. If we ever face another scenario that requires mitigation and restoration services, they would be our first call in a minute. We are beyond totally satisfied and highly recommend them.

Tony and Pedro and Zach did a fantastic job! They were knowledgeable and respectful and cheerful. I am so glad they came! We had a minor leak that went unchecked behind a bed for months, and it was a huge mess of moldy wood, wet flooring, and drywall damage. They even hauled away a whole truck full of cabinetry for us that was affected. Days later it’s completely mold free and dry! My kid even took off down the street while they were here without me knowing, and one of them brought him back for me lol - so they definitely had our back! Thanks guys!!

So Responsive and Professionally Done
We had a water leak that caused a bunch of problems. Allstate referred me to ServiceMaster Restore. They responded within minutes and within an hour were on site figuring out the problem and determining how to solve it. It’s very unusual to find a company who is so responsive.
They have almost finished the demolition and clean up work. It is very professionally well done. I have worked with many contractors over the years but ServiceMaster Restore is at the top of my list.
Two of their employees deserve extra credit. Tony and Pedro have been great to work with. They’ve kept me fully informed and have done a great job.

If I could give ServiceMaster Restore 6 out of 5 stars, I would! Water leaks are already stressful enough; Kyle at ServiceMaster has made the process as painless as possible! First, when we put in the request for assistance when we filed our claim through our insurance provider, Kyle called me within 20 minutes at 10 p.m. on New Year's Eve looking to see how he could help. Very communicative and helpful through the whole process - he worked directly with the insurance company. We have a high-deductible policy, so he even worked with us as we completed the demolition ourselves so we could save some money, always having our best interest in mind. I have felt so empowered and supported through this entire process with ServiceMaster and Kyle. Thank you again for all of your help! Very trusted business!

We interviewed three different companies to clean up a water leak under the house in St. George, UT area. We chose ServiceMaster Restore, because they did the most thorough job reviewing the project, were very courteous in answering all our questions, AND offered the best price for the work. That's a home run in my book! When it came time to perform the work, the crew was totally professional in their work, communications, and meeting commitments. As a landlord, I deal with many service providers, and this was definitely one of the best experiences I've had in dealing with a contractor. AAA Service Master came within 1/2 hour of me calling for help when we discovered our bathroom and hallway were flooded. It was a filthy job and their technician, Chad, went right to work with his state-of-the-art equipment to retract all the water and debris. He was caring and sensitive to our situation. He also made sure how we could avoid any other flood during the night by instructing us to not run any water upstairs before getting a plumber out to fix the source of the problem. He came back the next day and several days after, doing all necessary for our health and preservation of our home. He is very conscientious and an expert in his profession. We highly recommend AAA Service Masters and appreciate Chad for moving forward so quickly and efficiently to get the portion of his job done.
