My mother's bathroom flooded last week (flooded several rooms), and they were out in less than 30 minutes after they were contacted. All of the young men that worked on the house were polite, respectful of my mother and stepfather's ages and limitations, and were most helpful. They did a wonderful job and put things back after the floors were all dry (took several days and 11 fans to dry everything out). We all highly recommend them.

The ServiceMaster crew arrived within hours of our call. They worked until late in the evening putting out fans and cleaning up the water damage. They returned each day right on schedule over the Memorial weekend and finished the job after we had left the house. When we returned to the house I did not know what to expect. The contents of the cabinets were boxed and marked, the floors were swept and clean, and even though some of the kitchen cabinets had to be removed they did a great job saving most of them. Justin, the team leader, was so patient and explained everything that had to be done. Justin, his team, and the owner Bob made a point to be here when the insurance adjuster arrived and went over all the damage with him. Even the insurance adjuster said they were the best around. We feel lucky to have made the right call to ServiceMaster.
