During the demo part of our water damage, a fellow named Gabe from the Wausau office did a superb job of removing water, doing the demo and clean up when he was done. He was knowledgeable, worked efficiently and fast. Kept us informed. He deserves a 5 star rating.

I found water and sewage covering a large portion of our finished basement. My daughter called ServiceMaster in Wausau; they promptly called me back. When Brandon arrived, he explained the cleanup process and walked me through dealing with making our insurance claim; he was very helpful. The crew he left did an excellent job with cleaning up our basement, getting rid of the soaked carpet, and sanitizing the whole area. They went over all that they did and came back 2 days later to check their work and remove the drying equipment. They were polite, friendly, answered questions well, and did a great job. And it was the day before Thanksgiving and we had nasty weather. They got the job done. Thank you.

Victor and his crew were very hard working, friendly, and neat. They worked to resolve all of our water damage restoration. They also agreed to repair all the confined space insulation. Great communication between management and our insurance claim. They made a bad situation manageable as we worked together. They always went the extra mile on each detail. Absolutely amazing!! My insurance company had me stressed and worried, but as soon as Keng came with his crew (Justin, Kyle, Jeff, and Victor) I was put at ease. Keng explained the process clearly and assured me that all the steps I was taking were correct. I had 2 toddlers, 2 dogs, and 100 questions. I didn't see one look of annoyance or aggravation from any of them. They worked fast, efficient, and were very careful around my belongings. I am beyond pleased. I can't recommend them enough. If you have a choice, ask for Keng. He 100% took my task and made it his personal mission to make sure it was done correctly!
