Our cabin in Solon Springs, about 35 minutes from downtown Superior, experienced a major loss due to burst pipes and severe water damage. After calling insurance, our very next call was to ServiceMaster Recovery by Restoration Holdings. Even before we had a claim number, their intake team was efficient and reassuring, and Cameron had a crew on site in less than an hour to begin mitigation. That level of responsiveness, especially given the location, was incredible during a very stressful situation. They have handled all insurance questions and were prompt in getting the cabin under control and timely info for the insurance.
Cameron and his team have been extremely communicative, professional, and thoughtful, walking us through each stage of the process and clearly explaining what was happening and why. Managing a catastrophic issue remotely is not easy, but they made it feel organized and manageable.
