I definitely would recommend this team again!! The whole entire team, from the email I sent on Saturday night and got a phone call that night til the final walk-thru, I cannot say thank you enough to them or say anything but wonderful things about this entire team. No homeowner wants to walk on your basement carpet and have your socks get soaked. As promised Monday I get a call, they come over, give an estimate, insurance information, and the ladies started on Tuesday. They were back on both Wednesday and Thursday to check things, and Friday another nice lady did cleanup. All the ladies were just wonderful, and very thorough. Thanks ladies!! Eric was the best to work with. He reached out to check on everything and made sure that I was happy with everything. ServiceMaster quickly assessed and cleaned a small mold issue in our kitchen, helping assess the cause of the issue, and getting our kitchen fully functional again quickly. Matt worked hard to oversee all the details of our project and keep us informed along the way. He also coordinated for the teams to complete the work in one day for us. The technician, Wyatt, was professional and efficient, and our sub-contractor, Terry, was excellent to work with, providing detailed kitchen cabinet work.

Did I mention Chelsea is also extremely pleasant, professional and always encouraged me to ask her if I had any questions! Above and beyond what I expected from a contracting company. The on-site job crew, Mike O, Dylan, Tobias and 2 trainees were polite, professional and took great care to explain what they were doing and keep all areas clean. Chelsea or Dylan also consistently made certain I was informed the crew was on their way to work on my home. Water in the basement is never fun, but the ServiceMaster staff relieved the stress and made the experience pleasant!

Amazed by the Results
After significant water damage from a busted pipe, my insurance company sent in ServiceMaster to complete the enormous task of tearing out damaged flooring, walls, and furniture, as well as moving furniture, etc., out of the home and into the garage, as needed. Chelsea and the rest of the team were wonderful throughout the process, and she thoroughly explained what they were doing from start to finish. My family lives out of state, and we were able to communicate via phone/email, making a super stressful ordeal much less stressful. After completing the work and seeing it in person, I was amazed by the results. They did a wonderful job, and I would highly recommend this team if something bad like this (boy I hope not!) happens to myself again or others. Thank you for your hard work!

Chelsea and her crew are awesome, friendly, and very helpful. They go above and beyond to help. I had a grease fire, and they came and boxed up everything to be cleaned, and they stored all my stuff for almost a year. And if I needed something from the storage, they would help me find it. I literally had at least 50 boxes and lots of furniture.

Excellent service and wonderful people
One morning my son discovered 2 inches of water covering the entire basement floor. The water heater had a broken pipe and had been leaking for about 2 weeks. I called ServiceMaster Recovery and they immediately made arrangements to take a look, gave me an estimate, and went to work. The 3 young men made many trips carrying items out of the basement to store in the garage. Then came the demolition of paneling, etc., and treatment of the mold that had started to grow. Within 2 weeks their work was done, and we could start the process of refinishing the basement. No nasty smells involved, just good clean air. ServiceMaster is an excellent choice and I will not hesitate to recommend them. Excellent service and wonderful people to work with. My thanks to all of them for a super job.
