Honestly, these guys have been great to work with after our pellet stove fire. Between Bennett, Anthony, Diego, and Antonio, our project was well coordinated and communication was great! Diego and Antonio were polite and fun to talk with while they were cleaning, and they did a great job. This is all good because the last thing on your mind after an emergency is coordinating cleanup!

Promptness Avoided Excessive Damage
Seth and the team at ServiceMaster were great to work with. We discovered water in our basement on a Saturday evening at 10:15 p.m., and the team made it to our house at 2:00 a.m. to assess and remove the water. Their promptness helped us to avoid excessive damage. They helped remove our flooring, which was no small feat. The communication with Seth was great throughout the process. It was not fun to have to deal with a flooded basement, but it helps to have a good team to work through the process with you—including communicating with the insurance adjuster. I would definitely recommend!

Great service provided by all involved. First, I would like to thank Mike for scheduling my appointment and Mark for coming and taking photos of my moldy attic insulation. Braydon and Trevor were a pleasure. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! They had quite the job ahead of them and had some obstacles along the way, but they continued to persevere through the harsh negative degree winter weather. The attic is now insulated correctly and the household is warm and safe, as well. No more mold!
