I cannot praise this team enough... THANK YOU!! Starting with Mike Armstrong, whom I called and he was able to expedite a team within 2 hours to assess our basement. I cannot thank you enough, Mike! With the 10+ inches of rain that occurred this past Friday/Saturday, rainwater found its way into our basement for the first time in the 9 years that we've owned this home. The team of 3 arrived on Saturday morning, with Jesse as the lead technician, along with Nate and Keaton. First off, I need to sincerely thank Jesse for his compassion, along with his gift to calm, reassure, and ease clients that are feeling overwhelmed, distraught, and helpless in the moment of disaster. You truly have a gifted personality, Jesse, along with your expert knowledge and skills in your craft, and immense professionalism! Keaton and Nate were amazing, as well, with their knowledge, skills, and compassionate, calm personalities. They all worked in unison as an amazing team!! Monday morning, a different technician arrived to do a thorough check on the moisture levels following the days of fans and dehumidifiers. I apologize, but I didn't get a name, but he was very knowledgeable, as well, and answered questions we had... so thank you! Tuesday morning, Jesse (the lead tech) was back!! It was so good to see his face again!! He was accompanied by another familiar face, Keaton! And a third tech, Brandon, who was yet another amazing human!! It was determined on Tuesday that those beast machine fans and dehumidifiers did their job, and were packed up to go to yet another home in need of them. What remained were: my feelings of relief, more calm, and true gratitude for the beautiful humans that God placed in my life to cross paths with. You all are beautiful souls that are exactly where you belong, because you have kind, compassionate, empathetic, calm personalities to help those in need during disaster. THANK YOU ALL for who you are and what you do!!! ❤️

I had a wonderful experience with ServiceMaster! Our house that was days away from a closing date to sell got water in the basement from a flash flood. They came out quickly and took care of getting it cleaned up despite me not even being at the property. I had called another competitor in town that was requesting a $2,500 down payment before anyone would even come look at it.
