We were hit by the Eaton wildfire, and like many families, we were overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. Service Master by Fresh was there for us right away, even with so many other claims happening at the same time. Their quick response was such a relief when everything felt so uncertain. I called them to come over to take a look at some possible water damage spots on my ceiling, and Jeremy was very responsive and was able to make the trip out the next day. Quick to respond to questions
We found 2nd story carpet soaking wet, and the water also leaked to the 1st story floor during the Thanksgiving holiday. Luckily, we are able to find Aaron and his team. After 2 hours, the team arrived at our house and used a thermal camera to locate the leak from the attic. It was the hot water supply line burst in the attic. The team replaced the damaged water supply pipe and rerouted the section. Aaron and his team are very professional about the mitigation, quick to respond to our questions and to coordinate with insurance adjuster work. Really appreciated their help! Highly recommend.
