ServiceMaster did a fantastic job! We had a flood situation and they quickly provided fans and dehumidifiers. However, the damage was done. We used SM to pack up and store our belongings. They were respectful and quick. They deconstructed the damaged walls and cabinets and reconstructed everything to our satisfaction. We were never pressured to settle for less than we wanted. SM worked very well with our insurance company. SM did break a couple of things but made everything right. We are very thankful for Chuck, our SM project lead, and the ladies and crew that packed and unpacked our belongings. What a great job! I would highly recommend ServiceMaster.

If I could give 10 stars I gladly would, I had water and mold damage from my upstairs neighbor, and my insurance sent out ServiceMaster. Walter and his team were very polite and friendly, they packed all of my kitchen up and proceeded to remove all the damage. After a couple of days, you would never know that there was any mold. Fantastic job with remediation
We had an unexpected water leak in our home, and needless to say, we were a little taken aback as to what were the next steps. After our plumber made the necessary fixes to correct the leak issue, we asked who he would recommend for the remediation work, and he recommended Service Master. Oracle and Beyond was our plumbing contractor who did the plumbing repairs, and they did a great job.
We contacted Service Master, and they were out the same day to give us a proposal to remediate and do the repairs. The water leak affected the garage wall against the main house and bedroom/hallway adjacent to the garage. They started the remediation work within a day once we gave them the approval, as we were paying for this out of pocket. They did a fantastic job with the remediation portion of the work. A week later they began the repair. You cannot tell that we had a leak considering how damaged our house was. All said and done, from contact to completion, our house was back to normal within a 2 1/2-week time frame.
I would highly recommend them to do remediation and repair work pertaining to water damage.

When we got home one night, we discovered that we had a leak in our pipes after seeing water all over the ground, outside the house. Walter came out and helped us. After assessing the situation, he stopped the leak, and took off all the wet drywall from the ceiling and walls, then set up equipment. We are so appreciative for his help. He didn’t seem inconvenienced considering it was close to 11 p.m. Thank you!

Service Master is a great company to work with. Walt, the general manager, has gone above and beyond to help us out, very proficient and accommodating. Walt also communicated with both the insurance and us every time there was a change. His team is also incredibly caring. They were so patient and worked with my husband and me with the moving-out process. Maria, one of their partners and supervisors, was so cautious with our personal items and did wonderful with packing. (They are cat-friendly.) Nate answers his phone promptly and also explained step-by-step protocols. This team has made this very difficult and challenging process a lot more painless for us. Highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about Service Master. I had to have my house packed up after a flood in my entire house. Savannah and her crew were there immediately. They were all so professional, helpful, kind, and considerate. Savannah answered all my questions and reassured me over and over. They took great care when packing everything up. Boxes were all labeled as to what was in them and what room they came from. When we got everything back, not one thing was broken, and nothing was missing. We are so grateful. Quick Response to Water Leak
We can’t thank ServiceMaster enough for their quick response when we had a water leak at home. Within 3 hours of contacting ServiceMaster, Fernando and team were there (at 9 PM) and started 'vacuuming' water. They arrived the next day with more fans and dryers. Savannah and her team packed us out and turned it back over to Fernando and team to remove carpets, cut drywall, remove insulation, and get the house dry. All were very helpful, pleasant, and professional. They answered our questions (even dumb ones!) and truly treated our home as if it was their own. Thank you all!!

My home was unfortunately flooded back in June, from the heavy Tucson rains. This company came out to help clean up the water damages within a few hours. They were spot on, honest about the damages and also ensured I didn’t have mold growing. I would use their services in the future - (hoping this doesn’t happen to me again). A pipe break caused damage to both our kitchen and master bedroom. We called ServiceMaster to begin restoring our home. Nate from ServiceMaster was not only knowledgeable about the process but communicated with us clearly about each next step. The team packed our belongings and took them offsite to ensure they were safe during the restoration process. All the steps needed to remove damaged material, dry out the remaining areas, and ensure we would not have mold were done quickly and efficiently. After the restoration was complete, they unpacked and returned our belongings, so everything was exactly as it was before our leak. I highly recommend ServiceMaster!
