I had a mold issue threatening my attic and this company was very quick and easy to work with. Skylar and Dylan showed up every day on time and worked the whole day through. I had a lot of questions that they were happy to answer and they treated my property very respectfully. I hope to never have this problem again, but I know who to call if I need this type of work again.

We had a pipe break that caused major flooding in our basement, but this team turned it around FAST and handled everything like pros. Cody called me back immediately (even after hours), explained the process clearly, and had a crew out the very next morning to start drying and mitigating damage, preventing way worse issues like mold. The entire crew was outstanding: hardworking, respectful of our home, communicative, and thorough. We have been working with ServiceMaster after a recommendation from a coworker of my wife's, and we have been very pleased. We found a leak and made calls to other companies for help locating the source and addressing the mold and damaged drywall. Cody and his team have been nothing but thorough and helpful throughout this process. He referred us to Compass Construction to have the roofer repair the problems. Then, when it was Cody's team's turn to start the remediation, they were quick and did excellent work. Skyler and Dillon have been out the most this week, with Skyler giving me updates throughout the process. They pretty much have been in my house all week working in my attic. They made containment areas for chemical treatment and cleaned up after. Super nice and gave me a heads up when they were on their way so I could get my dog put away. Even today while I WFH, I let them know I had a meeting at work and told them the door was open, and Dillon came first and went right to work. Super nice, respectful. Don't want to see them again lol, but if I do I am calling ServiceMaster and could not recommend them enough.

Coming back from a water leak while on holiday could have been a disaster, but my insurance company contacted ServiceMaster. They came out the same day, carefully protected all my furniture and accessories, and set up fans and a dehumidifier. They checked and rechecked progress, were professional and courteous. When the house was dry, they removed everything and left my fifty clean and dry. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster.

I cannot say enough great things about Matt Akana and the ServiceMaster team. We had a pipe burst and flood half our house, causing a pretty significant amount of damage. We'd never been through anything like this and were overwhelmed and worried about how to handle things. Matt showed up with a great attitude and explained the whole process to demystify the situation, making my husband and I feel so much more at ease. Matt answered my countless questions as he worked nearly entirely alone on our home day after day, with constant communication and setting appropriate expectations. I couldn't ask for a smoother process and a kinder person to deal with during such a stressful situation. On August 19th my husband and I lost our lake home to a fire! It was devastating and we were beyond sad! When I realized the quilt my grandmother had made for me when I was a young girl, was in the upstairs closet of our home that was absolutely destroyed by the fire, a total loss, that God had spared my quilt! I was so grateful and when I searched on ChatGPT for companies that restored fire/smoke damaged items, several came up. ServiceMaster had a 5 star next to it so I called them first and was so impressed by my initial conversation with Theresa. She offered to come out to see if they could help us look through and see if there was anything else that could be saved. We pulled some cookware and cups, etc. and they spent countless hours trying to save it, but unfortunately, it wasn't able to be saved. However, the fact that they were able to clean and restore my heirloom meant the absolute world to me! Theresa and her crew are angels on earth and we appreciate them and their efforts so very much!
