Immediate Relief with Terry's Expertise
It’s a scary thing to learn that you have a leak and standing water under your home, especially if you can’t get under to see the potential damage yourself, and you have to depend on the expertise and the trustworthiness of whatever company you can find to handle the problem.
I cannot adequately explain my immediate relief when Terry came out to do the initial assessment of the damage. Terry was so kind and patient with my concerns, and his readily apparent expertise was so reassuring. The personal interest he took in my situation and how to remedy it was just as if it were his own home. I felt immediately that I could trust him.
Then I was equally delighted with Rhys when he came out with a co-worker to begin taking care of the issue. Again Rhys also was very understanding and patient with my fears. His demeanor and his readily apparent knowledge of how to deal with my situation was so reassuring. I immediately knew that my house and I would be in good hands.

Terry and Rhys did an amazing job! I had mold, among other things, that sat in a house for a few years after some pipes froze and busted. They cleaned it all out and steamed the floor, which now looks as good as it did when I first installed the flooring years ago. Both were very compassionate given I was an emotional mess since this was my first home and it means a lot to me. Terry and Rhys were also very informative on what they were doing all along the way and were very open and honest on what needed to be done without going in wanting to remove things unnecessarily. I’d use them again in a heartbeat and would highly refer them to anyone looking for mold remediation or any type of clean-up! I can’t thank them enough!

Awesome Job Cleaning and Cutting Out Walls
Brandon and his crew did an awesome job cleaning and cutting out walls after we were flooded at our vestis inform location in Pikeville, KY. He also sprayed and killed all mold growth, and pressure washed the bay area where our trucks park. The building had 3 feet of water and flood mud. Overall great job done.
