They were all very professional in communicating to us what needed to be done and how they were going to remove the damaged walls and floors caused by a burst hot water pipe. From the moment the team arrived, their professionalism was immediately evident. Eric and Chris were awesome! Showed up on time every day. Cleaned up all the water damage! Had a pipe burst under my kitchen sink. Didn't even realize that the water had gotten into the master closet or into the other cabinets. They made sure to find all the water damage and get it all cleared up. I highly recommend ServiceMaster to anyone that has water damage. They did such an awesome job I can't thank them enough!

We had a leak under the kitchen sink of our mobile home that damaged the laminate flooring and some of the subfloor as well as part of the wall. Our insurance company gave us three companies to contact for the water mitigation process and floor removal. We chose ServiceMaster. Terry Loomis came out and did a fantastic job of managing a complex situation (asbestos in the original linoleum backing). Terry was responsive at all times and went out of his way to move things along and come up with solutions when there were bumps in the road. Also, big thanks to Matt who was part of the early mitigation and floor removal process. He is a true professional who put us at ease and got the job done.

I had the unfortunate experience of flooding in my home on 7/7. Fortunately, Service Masters were called to service our home. Cat was our first contact—she is extremely knowledgeable in her field of work and very helpful, friendly, explaining the whole process from start to finish. Cat set dehumidifiers and disinfectant to prep my home for what followed, always clearly communicating with me about any updates or changes. Service Masters' clean-up crew came prepared and got to work immediately, removed my carpet, packed my home, and stored everything with extreme caution. The following crew came to begin removing flooring, drywall, floorboards, etc. There were a number of people coming in and out. Two members stood out: Jacob and Angel (I hope I have his name correct). These young men impressed me due to how polite, kind, and professional they both were, considering how young they are. Service Masters, you have an amazing staff. Continue with your amazing service and dedication to your clients. I pray that I never have to go through this again, but if I did, I would definitely want Service Masters by my side. Thanks!
