Our Experience Was Exceptional
10 days ago we experienced our first water damage event to our home. The damage was widespread, affecting a number of rooms and hallways. As others in this situation will attest, this is quite a disappointing, emotionally challenging, and life-disrupting event. Despite this, the remediation team from ServiceMaster - Nampa has been absolutely fantastic. From Andrew, our Remediation Manager, to Garrett and Kaden, the primary remediation team members on site throughout the process, our experience was exceptional. They were professional, courteous, respectful, and personable, they explained the process and kept us up to date, their daily communication and promptness was refreshing, they accommodated our living requirements, and made us feel like valued customers. Quick summary... highly recommend! We had an accidental kitchen flood thanks to my eight-year-old. I was able to contact Joolz via Facebook, who told me exactly what to do. I then spoke with Jordan in the office, who was extremely friendly. He got an inspection scheduled for later in the day. In the meantime, I had another company come out, who found minimal damage and replaced what they told me was the issue. Once Chris and Sydney arrived later in the day, they spent nearly two hours very thoroughly inspecting the area while also educating me in the process. They found significant water damage that the first company had missed!!! They showed pictures of my crawl space, which confirmed the issues and lack of investigation from the other company. Chris, the owner, clearly has tons of experience, and it showed! Had I skipped on the second opinion, I would've thought the issue was "solved," and that may have resulted in mold and other issues down the road. Thankfully, due to his diligence, that is prevented, and everything was thoroughly taken care of. In addition, the team that came to mitigate the problem was extremely courteous, efficient, and thorough. Sydney in particular should get a raise or at least extra PTO for her efforts. ;) Each day they showed up on time and were confident in their work. Overall, I highly recommend. This is the third restoration company I have unfortunately had to deal with (second on this issue), and by far they surpass in customer service, inspection, and mitigation. Hoping I never have to have a restoration company do work again, but if I do, I will call them.

Service Master is by far the best there is. I called Riane for help with possible mold. Christopher came out to the house and completed a very in-depth look into the house and my concerns. When speaking with him, you can definitely tell that he knows his trade inside and out. I was very impressed. The report was completed the next day and they were able to explain all that they found and options for us. From start to finish, I was updated on the project and never left not knowing. My phone calls were always answered or returned in a timely manner. Their customer service and work was over the top and I highly recommend them. Thank you Riane and Chris for treating me like family. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a business on this level.

I had an issue where a hose was left running just a few feet from my foundation on a Friday... discovered after nearly 7 hours. After speaking to Riane Saturday morning, I scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Chris and his crew were on time, and very professional. Garrett crawled through not only the crawl space near the foundation where the water had been, inspected it thoroughly and took humidity readings, but he even checked other areas of the crawl space... and said I was alright. I dodged a bullet, but if I ever have any kind of issues with things ServiceMaster of Nampa handles... they have my business!

Our insurance company recommended ServiceMaster Nampa to handle the water damage in our kitchen/dining room. Hunter and his team were so conscientious and thorough throughout the drying process. They constantly adjusted their strategy for maximum effectiveness while still trying to allow us some use of our kitchen. The team that removed the sink, granite, and cabinets was also very professional. We were thrilled that they were able to remove the large piece of granite without breaking it.
