Everything was done professionally
Called ServiceMasters the day after a massive storm hit. Clogged my drainage, and I had 3 to 4 inches of sewage water full of poop and other things in my whole finished basement, laundry room, bathroom, and crawl space.
Hamza came out and gave me a detailed explanation of everything they would do. Gave me a quote so I could compare with other companies in the area. His numbers were very competitive with everyone around.
The next day, Moe and his crew came out and started work. They cleaned up everything, took down drywall, took out all my items that could be saved, talked to me every step of the way. If I had any questions, any of the guys would answer quickly, respectfully, and thoroughly. They said stop time is usually 4 p.m., but when they found out I would like it done that day, they stayed until 6 p.m. to make sure everything was done. They were courteous to my wife and kids, they were very professional and did their job as if it was their own home.
Hamza came out around 4 p.m. to make sure his guys got water and asked them how the job was going. THAT is how you treat your employees: making sure his guys were safe and doing their job well. As a neighborhood company, it makes me proud to have them as a neighbor. Everything a modern-day company should aspire to be.

Yusuf Juma and his team were highly professional. When they conducted the initial assessment of the damage to our facility, they provided a detailed description both verbally, in writing, and with drawings of the areas of concern and how they would be mitigated. They worked excellently with our moving service to coordinate the moving and replacing of our office furniture. The staff was courteous and professional throughout the entire engagement. They worked with us to provide us a very good quote for the work. We received more than we expected. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best quality of service.

I called ServiceMasters at 10 P.M. after calling countless companies to come and remove my water after a pipe burst and put almost 4 inches of water in my entire basement. Yusuf called me back within ten minutes. I explained my situation, and he reassured my husband and me he would be at our house at 8 a.m. At 8 a.m., he and his crew removed the water and waited for my plumber to do his job and even called me before I could call him and returned with all the drying equipment. I would recommend Yusuf's crew to anyone needing service quickly and efficiently. Great attitudes and they put you at ease right away. I am grateful to them.

Service Master performed an excellent job clearing and removing debris from my flooded basement. The workers were friendly, courteous, and complied with my requests. I recommend this service. The only tip I have is: When cutting drywall 24 inches above the floor, to use a laser so the repair is easier for the contractor.
