The entire team, from the front office to individuals in the field, is focused on customer service. They did such a good job on the damage/restoration portion, we had them do the rebuild/remodel. ServiceMaster took care of an upstairs leak (cracked toilet) that flooded an upstairs bathroom, leaked through the floor, 2nd-floor ceiling, and onto the hardwood. They did a fantastic job with the dry-out, removing 20 square feet of ceiling, patching the hole, and matching the texture and color. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat. Over the course of the disaster, about half a dozen different people were involved—all very kind, professional, on time, and always communicated well. I was never in the dark. BIG THANK YOU. Wish you guys worked on SUVs! Great service and QUALITY WORK! Highly pleased and thankful customer in Boise.
