The tearing out process was an efficient team effort, being careful not to damage walls, etc., especially while tearing off baseboards. The drying out process was not rushed, making sure fans were strategically placed and rearranged to get the humidity down. I Would Highly Recommend Them
It was Easter weekend (of course it was a holiday weekend) about 8:30 on Saturday night when my husband noticed that we had water in our finished basement (not a lot, just enough to ruin the flooring and anything on the floor). We did what we could but called ServiceMaster by McCann, and they showed up Sunday morning to dry out our basement while we went to church and celebrated Easter. I have to admit I felt a bit guilty. I would highly recommend them. If you have a crisis, they can definitely make it better.

The crews did great work
When we woke up to water in our basement, we called ServiceMaster by McCann. Within the hour, we had a call that Dala was on the way. She immediately set in motion a plan to dry out the basement floor and walls and start the clean-up process. Josh, Brogan, Steve, and Julie worked over the next few days to cut drywall and remove wet materials. Dala was back every day to check moisture levels and communicate how the remediation was progressing. The crews did great work, cleaning up as they went, and were conscious of keeping the mess from spreading to the rest of the house.

We had a house fire on Friday and called ServiceMaster by McCann Restore. Ayla and Jen were here by 8:45 the next morning to set up professional air purifiers, to do an initial clean, and let us know what the next steps would be. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, Ayla and Missy came out by 8:45 every morning to do a deep clean and restore the walls. I didn’t realize how intensely they cleaned until they left the first day, and I don’t think our kitchen has ever been that spotless. I’m thoroughly impressed, not only with the attention to detail but the thoughtfulness they had for us as their customers; they were down to earth and genuine people, and I will absolutely use them again.

Lavaris and Daquion Frazier were polite, thorough, and professional. They removed coffee stains that were over a year old and pet stains throughout the carpeting.
