We had a house fire on Friday and called ServiceMaster by McCann Restore. Ayla and Jen were here by 8:45 the next morning to set up professional air purifiers, to do an initial clean, and let us know what the next steps would be. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, Ayla and Missy came out by 8:45 every morning to do a deep clean and restore the walls. I didn’t realize how intensely they cleaned until they left the first day, and I don’t think our kitchen has ever been that spotless. I’m thoroughly impressed, not only with the attention to detail but the thoughtfulness they had for us as their customers; they were down to earth and genuine people, and I will absolutely use them again.

Polite, Thorough, and Professional
Lavaris and Daquion Frazier were polite, thorough, and professional. They removed coffee stains that were over a year old and pet stains throughout the carpeting. They even lightened the wear path between the kitchen and the rest of the house. I thought I would have to buy new carpeting, but now I don’t! I have no suggestions for how they could have been better.

We worked with Steve and his crew - after our house fire this foreman truly helped bring our home back to life. From the beginning he was kind, patient, thoughtful, and respectful during an incredibly stressful time for our family. He was always on time, communicated clearly, and followed through on everything he promised. We could completely rely on him and never had to worry because we knew our home was in good hands.
Julie, the contents manager, was there also from the beginning. If you want to meet an angel in person, she is the true blessing in person. Her patience is beyond, through all our tears and fears of what was to come with the remodel of our home.
