My case took a while because of things outside of her control (my insurance was at fault), and despite my frustration she was still very nice and didn’t get upset when I called rambling and venting about them. She made phone calls on my behalf to try to help as best as she could. I really appreciate all the extra help she put in.

ServiceMaster did a great job drying out my floors after water damage. They were always prompt, friendly, and kept me informed by letting me know when they were on their way. I recently went into my basement and found water on the floor and the carpet was soaked. I called my homeowner insurance company and they gave me the name and phone number of a few of their preferred restoration companies.
