We couldn't be happier with our recent renovation! Our original laundry area was crammed into a tight side entry, making the house feel cluttered the second you walked through the door. This team did a phenomenal job relocating the washer and dryer into our lower-level utility room, completely opening up the entrance. In its place, Jeff built a gorgeous custom mudroom featuring a built-in bench, deep shoe cubbies, a top shelf for storage baskets, and heavy-duty hooks for our coats and hats. The crew was incredibly professional, easy to work with, and so helpful, leading us to decisions. The space is now highly functional and beautiful. I experienced significant water damage and didn’t know where to begin with clean-up and remediation. I called Service Master and they showed up to my house within 2 hours, late on a Friday night, to get started. They worked all night, then went home to get some rest and came back Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, working long hours to make sure all of the damage and any long-term issues were mitigated. Gerard and his entire crew were extremely thorough, patient, and respectful throughout the process. It was an awful situation, but Service Master was great!

I can’t say enough about Skip and his team at ServiceMaster Restore. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough during the mold remediation in my basement. This review is long overdue! We had water damage at our home from a broken water line in our laundry room. We called our insurance company while standing in inches of water; they suggested we call ServiceMaster. Their response time was quicker than any homeowner would expect. They immediately went to work in remediation. The team from ServiceMaster was led by Jeff. He was the most understanding and helpful person who stayed with us throughout the process of making our beautiful home livable again. In the beginning the insurance company was not very helpful, but Jeff fought them and stood by our side!! He would not stop fighting for us until the insurance company did what they were supposed to do and what we were entitled to. Every step of the way, Jeff and his team made everything right again.

Not often do I feel compelled to post a review, but in this particular case, I would like to comment on how wonderful this company has been to me and my family over the past few years. It all started about 5 years back when I contacted ServiceMaster to do a restoration on my mother’s home, which was struck by lightning, which caused an internal electrical fire throughout. The amount of work that had to be done on this house was mind-blowing, but it was restored in record time, and the house was better than brand new when they finished with it. Jeff, the main contractor on the job, brought in his professional team, and they kept me in the loop constantly with progress reports and even recommended a few upgrades that were within budget and added to the house. They were professional, kind, and courteous, and the work performed was so much better than I had ever anticipated. After the work was completed, I had a couple of other jobs that I needed tackled at my brother‘s residence. I did not hesitate to contact Jeff for his help on this next go-round. He helped me with a very difficult job and, once again, did an excellent job! It’s RARE to find good help these days. Jeff and his staff at ServiceMaster do EXCEPTIONAL work and with the utmost in professionalism.
