This review is long overdue! We had water damage at our home from a broken water line in our laundry room. We called our insurance company while standing in inches of water; they suggested we call ServiceMaster. Their response time was quicker than any homeowner would expect. They immediately went to work in remediation. The team from ServiceMaster was led by Jeff. He was the most understanding and helpful person who stayed with us throughout the process of making our beautiful home livable again. In the beginning the insurance company was not very helpful, but Jeff fought them and stood by our side!! He would not stop fighting for us until the insurance company did what they were supposed to do and what we were entitled to. Every step of the way, Jeff and his team made everything right again.

Not often do I feel compelled to post a review, but in this particular case, I would like to comment on how wonderful this company has been to me and my family over the past few years. It all started about 5 years back when I contacted ServiceMaster to do a restoration on my mother’s home, which was struck by lightning, which caused an internal electrical fire throughout. The amount of work that had to be done on this house was mind-blowing, but it was restored in record time, and the house was better than brand new when they finished with it. Jeff, the main contractor on the job, brought in his professional team, and they kept me in the loop constantly with progress reports and even recommended a few upgrades that were within budget and added to the house. They were professional, kind, and courteous, and the work performed was so much better than I had ever anticipated. After the work was completed, I had a couple of other jobs that I needed tackled at my brother‘s residence. I did not hesitate to contact Jeff for his help on this next go-round. He helped me with a very difficult job and, once again, did an excellent job! It’s RARE to find good help these days. Jeff and his staff at ServiceMaster do EXCEPTIONAL work and with the utmost in professionalism. No need for you to look any further, I would highly recommend ServiceMaster for your next project; you will not be disappointed.

From start to finish, this team was very professional. I had a water pipe break in the upstairs bathroom. It flooded 3 floors of my home. The cleanup team arrived in 4 hours. They spent the next 10 days removing the water damage, documenting everything every step of the way. They called an hour before, letting me know when they would arrive and when they would leave for the day. Amazing. Then the rebuild team showed up. Jeff, the manager, went above and beyond to help. He contacted the insurance company directly. After much back and forth, Jeff got us almost triple what the original insurance estimate was going to cover. The entire team was fantastic. I got to know them by name. Tile work, hardwood floors, plumbing, drywall and paint, electric. They did it all. The house is better than new and I could not be happier. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff and his team could not have been more helpful and accommodating to us! We had a leak in our first floor, and what was supposed to be a one-room restoration project turned into an almost whole-house renovation because of how satisfied we were with the work ServiceMaster completed. After 38 years of living in a 70+ year old house, it was time to call in the experts – ServiceMaster to recreate our bathroom. We are the typical homeowners who fix things as we go along to keep our home up to date. However, the bathroom was just more than we could handle. This was one of the last rooms to be redone in the house. We dreaded doing it as we knew it was an overwhelming job. However, we did not want to continue living with the retro cranberry and flesh colored tiles of the 1950’s. We had ServiceMaster come to the house and redo the entire room. They replaced the arched wall on the shower and extended the ceiling to meet the rest of the room. They took out the tile, tub, toilet, mirror, etc. The end result was a beautiful shower, vanity, mirror, toilet and tile throughout the room. As you can see from the before and after pictures, it doesn’t even seem like the same room. A big thanks goes to the ServiceMaster employees – John, Jeff, Bret, Ryan, Mikey, Kevin, and Kevin. This team was safe, thorough, efficient, careful, and clean in their approach to this project. There was never a mess and my house stayed clean. The end results were fantastic! I now have a quality looking bathroom worthy of visitors – it could be said – it is the best looking room in the house! I would highly recommend ServiceMaster for any project.
