I contacted ServiceMaster on an early Sunday morning after a negative experience with another well-known company the day before.
Unlike the other company, ServiceMaster responded promptly to my request, came out to my property, and provided a meticulously detailed estimate for their drying services. Their quote was reasonable—about one-third of the price quoted by the other company (whose estimate was not only unreasonably high but also inaccurate).
ServiceMaster took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Based on my experience, their professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness was outstanding.

Johnny and his coworker were awesome - they were professional, clean, prompt, and great with communication. The pricing also seemed very fair for the work done. They came out within an hour of our after-hours call on Friday and started work the very next day. They did their best to work with our schedule needs and came every day to monitor the moisture levels. My kids made him thank you cards and said they felt so much better knowing Johnny was going to make our house safe again. I highly recommend Johnny and ServiceMaster. The after-hours staff answering calls and the supervisor, Vera, were also super friendly.

Big shout out to Dan Miller. I had a mystery leak/moisture in one of my walls. He came and checked all out, spent about 45 minutes with me, was super knowledgeable, gave me tons of advice about it as well as other house issues. He had suggestions for who could do the work I needed (it wasn't his type of service), and then left without asking for a penny. Wow.

Professional and Prompt Service
Guillermo Mendiola and his team were excellent. They were very clean and very communicative with everything they were doing. I had a pipe burst in my condo, and due to water damage inside my ceiling and walls, unfortunately, some of the cabinets had to be removed, and the cabinets were sentimental to me because my uncle had built them for me. Guillermo and his crew were able to remove and demo them without damaging them and able to leave them to be put back for later, which I really appreciated. Also, they were good about not damaging the countertops or backsplash. Also, as I mentioned, he was very good at communicating with me through text and explaining what all was going to be done before they did it. Also, they were very clean and didn't leave my kitchen in a mess after they worked and even put a tarp up for me so that dust wouldn't fly over my other belongings. They were very thorough and professional and prompt. Definitely recommend. They made this whole process a lot easier. They also seemed like they had a lot of experience, which made me less anxious about everything being done. It's never a good experience when half your kitchen gets gutted, but they at least helped put my mind at ease and were able to dry out the water. Five stars.
