ServiceMaster was recommended to me by my insurance company. I contacted them due to an unfortunate collapse of my bedroom ceiling! I was put in contact with their Property Manager/Water Mitigation, who came to my home to assess the situation. He explained precisely everything that needed to occur; he indicated that there will be three stages to complete the process of restoring my property. He gave me his card and told me that I could contact him for any questions that I may have. At this point I was put at ease and I authorized ServiceMaster to perform necessary emergency services to prevent further damage to my property. After ServiceMaster did the initial removal of debris and major clean-up, I decided to go with their reconstruction services for the completion of the job. Our project manager Chris was very communicative and knowledgeable. All other staff who worked on our home were professional and hard working. While the rebuild process is completely separate, we were kept apprised of what the rebuild process would entail if we chose to stay with ServiceMaster. Finally, Chris originally showed up within a couple of hours in the middle of the night with a snowstorm on the way and put us at ease about the safety of our home by taking immediate steps to mitigate damages.

Where do I begin... I can't say enough about Service Master of Woodbridge and the Greater Washington Area. They have helped me through the horrible experience of my basement flooding. From day one when Kenny arrived at my door to assure me that they would be there every step of the way to Tim, the owner, who helped facilitate the right crew to help me put my personal belongings back seven months later. Everything that I was told or promised would happen did, and I cannot express how very much that means in this day and world that we live in. Tim's staff and employees always showed up on time, were very courteous, kind, very polite, and always in a good mood, which made it nice to be around, especially in such unfortunate circumstances. I will definitely be recommending them in the future to anyone I know that has to deal with water damage or fire. Karen and Tim are true experts in fire restoration. Our kitchen with hardwood flooded on a Friday, and Chris was out within hours that evening to assess the damage. He installed the fans and dehumidifiers. He was very friendly and personable.
