ServiceMaster was dispatched after another company didn't finish the sewer cleanup in our basement. Rob came and was very professional, taking pictures and discussing what needed to be done. It was a huge job with wall paneling and items to be trashed or moved in order to clean. Skylar & Camden were sent to begin the multi-day process. These two men were amazing. They were extremely professional, friendly, and unbelievably fast. They answered any questions we had and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them and hire again if ever needed.

Absolutely the best company to work with! We needed a house cleaned out after a death, and I called ServiceMaster, and they came that day to look at it (Rob Ruby was so professional and helpful), gave us a price and started the next business day. They had a crew of guys that took care of everything, and worked from the back of the house so that no one saw that the house was being cleaned out. If I had any questions, I called their office and Jamie Phillips was right on it. Answered questions, and if she needed to get back to me, she did, right away. We had a leak develop in our attic from the heat pump. They were out within a few hours to set up mitigation and checked daily. After confirming that we had no asbestos in the ceiling, they removed the damaged area professionally and without any mess. The work area was sealed in with plastic and floor protection was put in place. The entire team were courteous and respectful. They are genuinely proud of their work and seek to help customers get through the challenges of a home disaster.

We used Elite as a result of a massive pine tree falling through our house, creating serious water and home structural damage.
