Our house got flooded due to the washing machine last October 27, 2025. It is the ServiceMaster Restoration Services that was asked by the insurance company to do the treatment and medication. Supervisor Tino Hurtado came with other workers that same day at night, installed machines and equipment to begin the work right away. From start to finish, Tino Hurtado showed professionalism, sincerity of willingness to help. His problem-solving was impressive and he has a very strong leadership. He went above and beyond his duties and responsibilities.

Had a roof leak during a heavy rainstorm that soaked a wall and flooring. The ServiceMaster team was out the next morning to assess the issue and tape off the damaged area. Immediately returned following the roof repair and quickly tore out the damaged area and used 2 large fans to dry out area. Really appreciated them building out a sealed workspace to allow me to use the rest of the house without being impacted by the damaged area. Would definitely use again!

ServiceMaster Restoration did a really good job for our business! We had a lot of water damage from a water heater that stopped working. The floor was damaged in our Staff Room. The repair involved replacing the flooring, replacing the baseboards, and repainting the Staff Room, the water heater closet, and part of the adjacent hallway. Everything looked better than it did before the water damage occurred! Miguel was primarily responsible for the painting, and he is a perfectionist. The attention to detail was terrific!
