We were EXTREMELY pleased with all the help we received from ServiceMaster after an unexpected flooding of our entire ground floor. We were on vacation 3,000 miles away, and ServiceMaster arrived at our home within a few hours, saved and stored our furniture, drapes, and anything in potential reach of the water. They painstakingly detailed and noted the exact location of all our belongings (including every item in our kitchen cabinets) to make sure that every item, dish, and ketchup bottle was replaced in exactly the correct spot. They arrived every day on time and did immaculate remediation work. Jorge and his crew were extremely proficient, good-natured, helpful, and knowledgeable. While we certainly hope you never need to hire them, I would absolutely recommend them if you do. They were a pleasant and impressive surprise, and WHO they are personally was just as impressive as what they did professionally for us.
