ServiceMaster By Artec is absolutely the company that I would recommend to anyone in need of restoration work. I had a plumbing issue that led to a much larger issue. ServiceMaster came out right away and got the water cleaned up and got the mitigation squared away immediately. When it was time for the restoration work to begin, they were fast, professional, communicative, and did a great job. Within seven days, carpentry/drywall work was done, flooring was done, and painting was done. At one point, we hit a snag with a leaky pipe, and rather than telling me that I had to have a plumber come out, the project manager came out and took a look at it himself, and was able to easily resolve the issue, without the need for the added expense of a plumber, which I appreciate beyond words. They were absolutely wonderful, and though I hope I never find myself in a situation in which I need them again, they are who I would call, in a heartbeat.
