Brad and John came to my house to help me with a slab leak in my kitchen under the sink. Unfortunately, they had to remove my floor planks, but they had the best attitude and were super straight forward on how things were going with this leak. I forgot they asked for a review, but here we are. All was handled right the first time and I was dried out super fast and now I get new flooring! Can't wait. We had a foundation leak and it flooded our house. ServiceMaster was very prompt and efficient. Brad and Austin were a pleasure to work with. They were able to get the equipment in and situated quickly. They were very diligent about explaining the process and what was going to happen. John also was a pleasure to work with. He was the person that came and picked up the equipment and made sure everything was dry. You guys did a fantastic job.

Just had Brad, I believe his name is, and a helper, Arttemus, come to our house due to we had water everywhere from one side of the house to the other. I'd say a good 3 inches. They were able to show up super fast, and Brad answered all my questions. Like that guy knows everything when it comes to this stuff. It was awesome to have some relief from this horrible situation I'm in. They also began right away pulling up flooring and doing what seemed to be the right stuff. After they removed all of what was needed, they explained to me how the equipment works and how long it takes to dry out my place. They set their equipment and that was it. Told me it'd be about 3 to 5 days to dry everything out. I'm beyond happy with Brad and his helper. Thank you all for what you do and also all the information you passed along to my family. Our home flooded, which resulted in near total loss for our kitchen, dining, entrance, study, and formal living room. From our wood floors to our cabinets and walls—it had to be ripped out. ServiceMaster removed the stress by working directly with our insurance agent to ensure everything was covered (tear out and rebuild). Pablo was such a pleasure to work with on the demo team, and Tyler did a fantastic job working with us on the rebuild. We felt heard and attended to throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Because of their quick response and willingness to work until all of the water was out, everything was saved and we were back up and running quickly. Just finished watching the offloading of more than 100 boxes of items cleaned after the fire in my sister’s garage. Michael Garcia was the project manager for her work. He and I chatted for about 45 minutes while the crew unloaded boxes and other items that had all been cleaned after the fire. Not only did ServiceMaster by RSI do a fantastic job, Michael even had some great restaurant recommendations for this non-native. Positive and friendly service, and I really appreciated the follow-through with Michael personally stopping by to ensure that everything was stored as requested in the garage. A great team and an amazing service. They were able to rescue nearly all the items that had not been burned. Most impressive was the boxes of yarn that do not even have a hint of smoke smell. Great job guys! And Michael, I’m looking forward to checking out the restaurants you recommended! If you’re ever in need, these are the people to call!
