They Went Above and Beyond
The person in charge of charges, setting up appointments, and providing assistance with any questions about the jobs was always available for an email or text. She took the time to be sure invoices were clearly explained and adjusted the pricing for the work actually needed for the job.
The gentlemen who did the work left me feeling confident and safe. They were incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to help with damages from the water and mold in the wall. They worked quickly but not in a way that hindered quality. They double checked their work and ensured proper closure to the containment area. The cutout of the wall was clean, straight, and left in a condition that will make it easier for me to do repairs (I opted to replace the drywall myself even though I know they would have done a great job). The painted areas to seal off the area were also cleanly done with care and consideration. No sealant was dripped on the floor and the painted areas were done with straight edges and looked very professional.
