Kevin and his amazing crew came in like the cavalry and totally restored the home of our elderly neighbor whose only wish was to be able to stay in his home for life. There were many issues including a furnace blowback. Because of his background in mitigation, he was able to coordinate with the insurance company to allow us to restore the home to its past beauty. Great fast work
I called ServiceMaster first thing this morning after my hot water tank burst and flooded my basement. Serge, who was exceptional on the phone, expedited a crew of technicians to my house to make sure minimal to no damage occurred, and used dehumidifiers and fans to prevent mold. Experiencing a water leak can be extremely stressful given the serious damage it can cause to ceilings, floors, walls, and furniture. Working with ServiceMaster was extremely easy from the first minute they walked into my home. Their support was immediate, and the workmanship was so neat and clean! After the water mitigation and drying out of the area was performed, it was easy for the contractor to pick up where they left off, with paint and repair. Super easy and clean!
I must be honest, as a single woman/homeowner, it was more than the workmanship... which in itself was amazing, it was the moral support, consulting, and practical help that I most appreciated during this difficult time. We had an emergency service and asked ServiceMaster to come out. Kevin arrived immediately and was able to quickly identify the issues and scheduled me to service the next day. For my job, it was done over 2 days so we could move around our kids' rooms and see how far the damage went. They left my home clean and organized each day without leaving tools and rubble at the house. Not a single nail was found in my driveway after taking all of the carpets and flooring out. They were caring, understanding, and helpful through the process and handled all of the communications with the insurance, which was a HUGE help. The explanation of services was thorough and the quality of work was incredible. I would highly recommend them for any disaster, or remediation. In addition, they have incredible recommendations on other providers who are like-minded to help me rebuild after the cleanup, as that is an overwhelming process. Top notch service!
