They did a perfect job packing
BD, Madison, and Lilia were the three young who packed up our house after a water leak. They did a perfect job packing. They labeled the boxes and also drew pictures on the boxes to show where the things came from and where they had to be replaced. They also wrapped and loaded all the furniture into their truck.
Three months later, the same ladies came back with the furniture, rugs, and boxes of bedding. They unpacked everything, re-assembled all the furniture, and put everything back in their places. They were hardworking ladies and did a fabulous job. My husband and I could not have done all this without them.
Kudos to BD, Madison, and Lilia! I highly recommend them and their company.

We had a slab leak at our home. ServiceMaster's team restored our home and it looks better than it did before. The technicians showed up when they said they would. The painters were thorough and did a beautiful job. A special shout out to Nicolas Faustino who went above and beyond. The crew who put the new floor in were done in record time. Our insurance sent Service Masters during non-business hours when our home sustained water damage. Ivan worked quickly and efficiently to remove water, staying for hours. He returned many times during the following month to continue with water removal. He was prompt, polite, and always let us know if there was to be an infrequent time change for his services. The office staff was also helpful.
