They showed on the day and time we expected, we were kept in the loop without prompting, the quality and thoroughness was all we could hope for, and then the billing was clear and what we expected. No surprises on the bill after project completion. None of that is normal these days. We cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!

We’ve unfortunately had more than one flood to deal with over the past couple of years, and each time ServiceMaster DSM has been an absolute lifesaver. After our home flooded from a burst pipe, they handled the cleanup and restoration with such professionalism and care that we knew exactly who to call when our rental property’s basement flooded.
Their crew arrived quickly, assessed the damage, and immediately got to work cutting out drywall, cleaning, and drying everything out. They were thorough, respectful, and incredibly reassuring during a very stressful situation. They also took care with our family pets and carefully positioned the blowers and dehumidifier that they brought in order to minimize the noise for our dogs. Every member of the team was professional and kind, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure the space was safe and completely dried out.
I can’t recommend ServiceMaster DSM enough. They’ve helped us through two major water disasters now, and both times their service, communication, and compassion were outstanding. We certainly hope we don’t need to call upon them again, but would recommend highly to anyone in need.

When a waterline burst in our home on Christmas Eve, the devastation was absolutely overwhelming! The immediate stress and uncertainty were compounded by the fear of long-term damage. That's when ServiceMaster by DSM stepped in, and it was an absolute game-changer.
From the moment we contacted them, their professionalism and empathy were evident. The owner, Rob, came out to our home the same day we called. His team's rapid response time was crucial in mitigating further damage. Rob sent his technicians, Robby and Mac, over immediately. They arrived quickly and got to work right away. They were knowledgeable, skilled, and respectful of our home. They even put booties on over their work boots to avoid bringing more dirt into the house, and they helped move furniture and were extremely tolerant of our dogs, who were upset by the noise and commotion. Furthermore, they explained the drying process clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and worked diligently to extract the water and dry out the affected areas.
What truly impressed us was their attention to detail. They didn't just focus on the obvious damage; they meticulously inspected every corner to ensure no hidden problems were overlooked. Their equipment was top-notch, and they used it effectively to restore our home to its pre-disaster condition.
