Fantastic hard work by Steven Lee
I'd like to commend Steven Lee and his restoration crew for the fantastic hard work that they have done on cleaning up the mess that a broken pipe and water flowing into my kitchen, bathroom, and the pantry room when the temperature outside dropped to below twenty and thirty degrees F. They spent days to dry up the water and to make sure that the flooring was dried out with huge dryers in each room running day and night. Steve would check each day to make sure that the dryers were not turned off until everything was totally dry. They all put in a great effort to get this done as quickly as possible without me being interrupted while I was working in another room in the house. I would recommend them to anyone to contact this company for help. Thank you so much to all! P.S.: I have your phone number in case I need your help again.

I didn’t, and I didn’t get to know him. He was not good at communication by text. I am old-schooled; I want communication with the person who can authorize rework and give me schedule information.

My 80-year-old father experienced an electrical house fire. Praise God, he woke up and was able to get out of his house; however, the fire was so fast & strong he could not douse it with a fire extinguisher. I live 500 miles from my father, yet Service Master DSI worked successfully with me every single day for six weeks to clean up & organize his home, encapsulate all exposed wood to abate any smoke smell, and now we're ready for rebuild. Also, once my father was able to leave the hospital, everyone from Service Master DSI worked patiently and respectfully with him to sift through to any salvageable possessions.
