We had a major flood in our home due to a washing machine malfunction that caused extensive damage to our main-level hardwood floors, drywall, and finished basement. ServiceMaster handled the water mitigation, and we couldn’t be more impressed with their work.
Tye and his crew went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from start to finish—they kept us informed, explained what was happening, and were always responsive. The team was extremely professional, thorough, and diligent in every aspect of the job.
During the construction and mitigation work, they left the house clean at the end of every day, which we truly appreciated during such a stressful situation. The quality of their work and attention to detail really stood out.
