Ron, along with Alex and his team, did a 5 Star job on mitigating as well as educating me about the extent of my water emergency due to a broken drain hose on my dishwasher. They were prompt to respond with the equipment to dry up the water and afterwards treated to prevent mold.

The guys did a great job with my flooding emergency. I live in the greater Orlando area and had a water line break in my kitchen/dining room area. My floor was covered in 3-4 inches of water. I called ServiceMaster Restoration and spoke with Ron. Within a couple of days Ron and his guys came in with their dehumidifiers and fans and started clearing out all the damaged drywall and possible areas of mold growth. He and his crew not only did it in a timely manner but gave me a fair price too. If you have a disaster like mine, call these guys. They saved me big time, and I thank them for it.
