After a water leak was stopped by a plumber, they have cleanly eliminated all the areas affected by the leak, including wallboard, the wood box under the sink, and ensured all structural wood was thoroughly dried and there was no mold present. We had a water loss that took 6 or so months or so to get fully approved. The group here was so helpful both with the water damage and the rebuild of the area. All of the people who came to the house for the different parts of the project were really wonderful also. Definitely will be my first call if something else happens.

In the middle of the night a 100+ foot tall tree fell on my house, causing multiple roof penetrations and severe damage - during a storm! ServiceMaster was hired by my insurance company to do the moisture abatement. As all of my belongings had to be removed from the house, I had no idea where I was going to start! They came in the following day and started the process of packing up everything in my house and took it to their facility for storage. A month later, when I found a place to live during the rebuilding process, they brought to my rental house all of the items that I had earmarked as needed; everything else will be stored at their facility until my home is rebuilt. They will then move everything back into my home. The owner, Darren, and his packing/moving crews are AWESOME! Very professional... and nice guys also! One of the "heroes" that came to my rescue during a very trying time - I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone in need of their services - I would give them 10 stars if I could!
