A pipe burst in our cabin because of cold weather. Our cabin is located almost an hour north of Bemidji. Darien and his crew answered our call immediately, showing up day after day to clean up the mess, including moving furniture, removing flooring, and removing planked wall. In addition, we were given timely updates after we needed to return home. Thanks to Darien, a nightmare of mold was averted, and we will be able to renovate as soon as possible. Shower pipe burst and flooded bedroom below, ruined bathroom floor. Shane from ServiceMaster in Bemidji found leak areas on bathroom subfloor, removed damaged ceiling/drywall in bedroom, and dried out ceiling/walls as much as possible. Without Shane’s expertise, it would have been much worse. He communicated with the insurance adjuster about the damage and followed up often about the claims process. Shane’s professionalism, on-time responses, and communication with us made the remediation and claims process much less stressful. Thanks to him and ServiceMaster!

ServPro was the easiest to contact
Flooded home from frozen/broken open Rinnai on-demand water heater (do NOT buy one if you live in a cold weather/Northern state—you will regret it). Dumped hundreds of gallons into my home. I was in a panic and googled restoration companies in my area. Came up with ServiceMaster and ServPro. ServPro was the easiest to contact and answered right away. They were out in a couple of hours from 50 miles away. Trinity and his crew have worked for a week drying things out and removing what couldn't be saved. They have kept me well informed every step of the way and addressed my concerns. This has truly been a disaster, but the way ServPro has worked at it every day made it more bearable. I HIGHLY recommend them.
