We recently discovered a leak in our basement after a big storm. The team at Service Master TRS - Stamford saved the day. They were so efficient in addressing the problem that needed to be solved and were able to come fix the issue the next day. While I hope we don’t have to deal with another leak anytime soon, I would absolutely call them immediately if something happened.

Everything they did was exceptional from start to finish in terms of both service and end results! The response time was immediate! They called and came out right after insurance called them first to assess the situation and then were back again in no time to set up equipment. They kept me well informed throughout the process. Mario and team were really great in helping me with a water leak in my garage. We had some water leak out from our tub and into the garage below. I’m of the view that you always want to play it safe and bring in a professional when it comes to water, so I called up a few places for an assessment. Mario’s company was the first to respond and were out to my house just hours after the incident. A few other companies also came out and were pushing me to go through insurance - I had a feeling they wanted to try to make a few extra bucks by going through insurance. I felt like ServiceMaster was on my side and didn’t want me to spend more than I had to. Overall, the process was very smooth. The workers were non-intrusive and friendly. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Mario and his associates are fantastic. Just when I thought customer service was a lost art, I came across this business and its employees. They were referred by my insurance company after a MAJOR flood in my living room. They called me immediately, set up an appointment, and got to work the next day (a Saturday). The room needed extensive demolition and serious moisture abatement. They did an incredible amount of work in a very short time. Mario Lutz (my rep) was coming and going to check on the work, monitor moisture levels, and so forth. He also offered to consult with the contractor I would hire to renovate when they were done. After a snowstorm, a few of the crew members even shoveled my steep driveway to get the truck to the top! I called to apologize, and crew member Javier assured me it was no problem (!). Absolute pros. If you have damage to your home, call these guys. ASAP.

Martie and her crew were wonderful. My elderly aunt had flooding in her basement. Not only did they take care of that for her, but they also took care of the asbestos they found during the clean up as well. Martie and her crew were knowledgeable and understanding. Had a radiator leak on a Friday and called ServiceMaster. They showed up the same day, sanitized, removed wet padding underneath the carpet, and set up fans and a dehumidifier. They returned Monday and replaced the padding, put the carpet back like new, then shampooed the area! Excellent all around!

ServiceMaster employees were top notch Feb 24, 2023

The water heater in my house went, resulting in water damage to the sheetrock in my basement. I called ServiceMaster, and within 2 to 3 hours they had arrived at my residence ready to pump out the water and set up large fans to dry the walls. They were right on top of things, checking the walls on a daily basis. As it ended up, the outside walls did not dry completely, staying moist, resulting in the removal of the sheetrock. The ServiceMaster employees were top notch. When they said they would be at my residence, they were there. They left the area very clean, and I was impressed with the team of people that were sent out to do the job. I would recommend ServiceMaster to anyone.
