The fact that you were on time and detailed regarding the entire process of cleaning up excessive water from my condo. The representatives arrived on time, introduced themselves, and explained the process before starting. After completing, they provided me with the results and advised me to expect the full results with a pictures explaining the results. The results of the inspection provided me with the peace of mind that all the water was gone and mold wouldn't become an issue later.

Upon arriving home from vacation, we walked into a substantial water issue on 1st and 2nd floors. Service Masters responded within hours to set up their fans and dehumidifiers. They returned every day, on time, to check moisture levels, rearranging equipment to ensure the best chance to dry walls, ceilings, and floors. They Went Above and Beyond
I truly cannot say enough good things about ServiceMaster. The week after I had MACI surgery, I had a sewage backup and it was just a NIGHTMARE all around! My insurance company sent ServiceMaster out and they were awesome from beginning to end. They came right away, did water mitigation and the people were so nice. I was on crutches and one of the guys would bring my groceries in for me that I had delivered and he also took some trash from my porch to curbside for me without being asked. They went above and beyond and made a very stressful situation as painless as possible. I highly recommend!
