Our basement flooded from rainstorm through a window well. Water was actively pouring in heavily with water in basement over our feet. Jeff came out at close to 11pm in the rain to help us. Following a furnace puff back that coated the entire inside of an old multi-family home, Jeff busted his keister to remove every speck of soot he could—& we were absolutely floored by the result. It's basically a brand new home! Plenty more to go wrong in a house this old, and for any restoration project that we could need him for, we're calling Jeff!
