Phenomenal service. My wife called them after a baseboard heat pipe burst caused water damage. A supervisor was there inspecting damage in about an hour and within a few hours had a crew there to clean up. All the workers were clean, friendly, and very professional. I was amazed how all the workers were so professional. Highly recommend!

They Took My Call Seriously
After having a room built out in my basement, days after it was finished I had a pipe burst. The newly finished room was flooded out and my insurance company suggested I call ServiceMaster.
At first I was not pleased with the communication from the team that was sent out; however, after a call to the main office they sent someone else out who explained everything and handled my concerns. ServiceMaster came to assess water damage from a leaky flashing around the chimney, which caused water to pour through my bedroom ceiling. It was a very traumatic situation, and the professionals who came to our house were so compassionate and explained the process that would be taking place in order to mediate the damage. Their professionalism was so welcomed and allowed us to process what was about to happen in order to remedy the leak and damage. They removed the ceiling, placed dehumidifiers, and cleaned up perfectly in order to wait for the rebuild of the area.
