After experiencing a flood in our basement in-law apartment where my disabled mother lives, we called ServiceMaster per recommendation of our insurance company, Mapfre. Within minutes of my after-hours call that went to an answering service, I was contacted by John Boggia and he came first thing the next morning with Anthony and his crew. They quickly cleaned up the water, moved/packed our personal belongings and set up the fans and a dehumidifier. Our hardwood flooring was soaked and destroyed, so they had to rip up the floorboards as well. All that is probably business as usual for a company like this, but here is where this company went way above and beyond. From the very first phone call, through the cleanup/dry-out process, the insurance inspection and the follow-up calls, this company took control and guided us through the entire process. They were courteous, professional and demonstrated exceptional follow through with every detail. They even took into consideration my mom's difficulty walking, and left part of the hardwood floor down so she would have an even walking path and could still get to her kitchen and living room area safely until our contractors could come finish the tear up and repair. Due to the quick response and thoughtful planning to keep my mother's apartment safe for her, they probably saved the insurance company a lot of money in damage to our personal property and the expense of putting my mom up in a hotel. I'm so glad it was this company I reached out to. Having ServiceMaster handling our flood put our minds at ease, because we knew right away they were going to take good care of our home and do the job right. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster. Top notch company!

Best service! Professional, knowledgeable, fast, comprehensive removal and cleanup; our attic and cellar had a serious mold problem; they removed all traces and performed an impressive cleanup. Totally satisfied with their service and personnel; they were friendly, explained everything, and did what they said they'd do. It's the kind of service you hope you never use, but if needed, these are the guys to call first!

From the first contact through the completion of the mold removal, everyone at every level in the organization was a pleasure to deal with. Lisa at the office arranged for John, the project manager, to do an appraisal. John came out the next day, and the office emailed an estimate very quickly. Once the estimate was accepted, they scheduled asbestos testing that was done in a timely manner. Then the ServiceMaster crew came in and efficiently completed the removal of the mold. The crew was friendly and kept us apprised of their progress and finished up demolition and treatment of the mold very quickly. The estimate was considerably lower than the estimate from Servpro, and the final billing was slightly less than the estimate. Great people, great company, I would highly recommend them for any mold removal projects.

Ayo came out to put a claim into my insurance company due to a pipe that broke. She was very professional and pleasant to work with. Jose was sent to my house to remove the damaged walls, vanity, and shower. He did an excellent job. Clean up was great. Definitely would use them again if needed.
